At Mile-Hi Mi-Kis, a kennel which is owned & operated by Brian & Julie Bosacker of Castle Rock, Colorado, we take pride in being a small kennel with a goal of breeding the highest quality Mi-Ki.  Castle Rock is a small picturesque town south of Denver where we have lived for 16 years. We have 2 school aged children, Seth & Paige. 

We saw our first Mi-Ki at an Outlet Mall near our home and had to stop and inquire about what breed the dog was.  It was love at first site!  We immediately researched the Mi-Ki learning that this breed is rare with a heritage coming from  the Maltese, Papillion and Japanese Chin.   We were looking for a small dog that provided great companionship, intelligence and is excellent with children.  We determined that a Mi-Ki would be ideal for our family.  Although finding a Mi-Ki wasn't easy.  It took quite some time to locate our next family member.

Jazzy, our first Mi-Ki, joined our family in March 2007 from Mountains High Mi-kis in Salt Lake City.  She is a beautiful tri-color long coat Mi-Ki. 

After much soul searching, we decided to open our own kennel to bring Mi-Kis to other loving families.  We feel very lucky to be a part of the Mi-Ki breeder family.
